WATSON REALTY CORP. PROMOTES KIMBERLY ARD TO BRANCH MANAGER OF THE NOCATEE OFFICE

Watson Realty Corp. is proud to promote one of their own, Kimberly Ard, to Branch Manager of the Nocatee office where she’ll oversee transactions between buyers and sellers, onboard and train new agents, oversee daily office operations, and manage a team of new and seasoned real estate professionals. Ed Forman, President of Watson Realty Corp., made the announcement last week via email and asked all employees to extend a warm congratulations.   

Obtaining her real estate license in 2012, she worked alongside her mother in Watson’s Atlantic Beach office from 2012 to 2019 until she transitioned to Corporate Recruiter and was subsequently promoted to Director of Recruiting and School of Real Estate in January 2022. Some of her achievements include winning the Watson President’s Award and Silver Pinnacle Award which denotes associates who’ve achieved between $3-$5 million and $5-$10 million dollars in sales respectively.  

Ard has a long history with Watson and says there are many things she loves about her company, including the family atmosphere and the fact that Mr. Watson and his leadership team are always available to their staff. She also likes the company’s one-stop shop premise which covers everything from mortgage, title, insurance, and rentals. 

Ard was born and raised in Jacksonville and says of her latest promotion: “I’m excited to start this new adventure with Watson, supporting the advancement of the Nocatee office and the agents in their success.” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dog, two turtles, fish, and rabbit. She also loves all things water from boating and fishing to swimming.
