WATSON REALTY CORP. PROMOTES SUZIE HARTMAN TO BRANCH MANAGER OF THE ST. AUGUSTINE OFFICE

St. Augustine, FL – Thursday, April 13, 2023 – Watson Realty Corp. is proud to promote Suzie Hartman to Branch Manager of the St. Augustine office where she’ll oversee operations, recruiting efforts, and manage a team of real estate associates by providing leadership, training, and coaching. “I’m so excited and humbled to have the opportunity to join and lead this award-winning team!,” Hartman beamed. 

A Tennessee native, Hartman holds dual degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and upon graduation, she launched her career in the fashion world where she managed major department stores throughout the Southeast. Hartman eventually moved to Florida where she pursued a career in real estate and joined Watson Realty Corp. in January 2021. She brings to the table strong leadership skills, a commitment to diligence, and a passion for providing unsurpassed customer service.  

Hartman is a full-time, full-service professional licensed Florida REALTOR® and member of the Northeast Florida Regional Association of REALTORS® (NEFAR), the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).  

Mark Rosener, Regional Vice President of the North Central Region and 2022 NEFAR President announced Hartman’s new role via email last week and said of the promotion: “I had the privilege of working with Suzie in our previous department store retail careers. In her spare time, Hartman enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, reading, gardening and decorating.
