GARY DECHELLIS, PRESIDENT OF WATSON TITLE SERVICES, INC. RETIRES AFTER 23 YEARS; GREG HARRIS EXPANDS HIS ROLE AS PRESIDENT OVER CENTRAL REGION

Longwood, FL – Thursday, February 23, 2023 – Gary Dechellis, President of Watson Title Services, Inc., Watson
Realty Corp.’s Central Florida Title division, retired after serving over 23 years with the company. With a
cumulative 40 years’ experience in the title insurance industry, his specialties included title search and
examinations, real estate closings, Florida real estate law, and probates and bankruptcy. Taking over his role is
Greg Harris of Watson Title Services of N. FL, Inc. who will now cover Dechellis’ Central Region in addition to his
own.

Upon retiring from the United States Navy as a Commander in 2009, Harris joined Watson Realty Corp. in 2010 and
has served as President of Watson Title Services of N. FL, Inc. since October of 2011. According to Harris, the first
thing he did after becoming president over the north region was to drive to Longwood to talk with DeChellis as he
and his team were already established as a reputable settlement services provider in central Florida. As Watson
Title Services of N. FL, Inc. was still relatively young, Harris was grateful to have such a superior benchmark of
quality to use as his guide.

“It was a great honor… to take the opportunity [of DeChellis’ retiring] to continue the success of Gary and his
team… by stepping in as President of Watson Title Services, Inc.,” stated Harris. “It really is a natural fit. As Watson
Title Services [North] expanded from the Georgia border down [to] Ocala, the entire Watson Enterprise footprint
now has the advantage of in-house settlement services that both teams will continue to provide.”

Harris holds an MBA from the University of North Florida’s College of Business Administration, was born and raised
in Jacksonville, and boasts that he “…knows Northeast Florida from the Saint Marys River to the Matanzas Inlet like
[his] own backyard.” When he’s not working, Harris spends time as a hobbyist beekeeper with an average of 15
hives, making some of the best honey in North Florida and South Georgia. He also enjoys boating, fishing, and
hunting with his other passions, Boykin Spaniels Maggie and Pepper. Harris has been married for 31 years to his
best friend from middle school, Melanie, and they have two grown daughters, Savannah and Olivia.
