WATSON REALTY CORP. PROMOTES TARRANT POTTER TO BRANCH MANAGER OF THE MOUNT DORA OFFICE

Mount Dora, FL – Tuesday, October 18, 2023 – Watson Realty Corp. is proud to promote Tarrant Potter to Branch Manager of the Mount Dora office where he will oversee operations, recruiting efforts, and manage a team of real estate associates by providing leadership, training, and coaching.

Before becoming Branch Manager for the Watson Mount Dora office, Tarrant Potter was a sales leader selling properties in The Villages from 1999-2014. There Tarrant learned a lot about customer service, rolling out the red carpet and getting buyers to the closing table. His training included sales training, team building exercises, and cultivating cohesiveness among peers.

From there, he transitioned to becoming General Manager for Advanced Metering, Inc. where learned the company’s operations from the ground up. In his role, he managed payroll logistics, client relations, hiring, and tech sales. He also negotiated with utility companies for water and sewer services across the United States.

 In April of 2022, Tarrant joined Watson’s Mount Dora Team where he has taken a keen interest in building up other associates and is always there to lend a hand and step up. “If he can help and make a difference, he does,” beamed Regional Vice President, Jeff Fagan.

 Tarrant was born and raised in Mount Dora and has deep roots in the community. “He’ll be a strong leader and advocate for our dynamic Mount Dora office,” says Fagan.
