WATSON REALTY CORP. PROMOTES AMY DUMAS TO SALES MANAGER & LEADER OF THE PALM COAST OFFICE

Watson Realty Corp. is proud to promote Amy Dumas to Sales Manager & Leader of the Palm Coast Office where she’ll manage a team of real estate sales associates by providing leadership, training, and coaching. Dumas stated of her new role, “I will support my team in Palm Coast as a soundboard to any issue they are facing, provide them a map of potential solutions, and collaborate on ways to market themselves as individuals.” Dumas’ philosophy in work and life is simple: Do your best and that’s enough. 

A Certified Meeting Professional, Dumas spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry with Marriott International before making the leap to real estate, joining Watson in 2021. Mark Rosener, Regional Vice President of Watson Realty Corp.’s North Central Region, announced Dumas’ promotion last week and stated, “[Dumas] quickly launched a successful career in real estate [and] she builds relationships quickly, with authenticity, an infectious smile, and a can-do attitude.”  

An 11-year resident of Florida, Dumas holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas San Antonio and currently resides in Palm Coast, with her husband Jean-Pierre (J.P. for short), and fur babies Audrey Hepburn and Jackson. She has two children, Matthew, 23 and Olivia, 22 who are both recent college graduates. In her free time, she enjoys good food, craft beer and wine, travelling, playing golf, working in her yard, and watching Formula One Racing. 

She had this to say of her move to Watson: “I joined the 57-year Watson Realty Corp. family as [their] philosophies are akin to the hospitality culture from where I came: taking care of each other so our clients are taken care of.”
