WATSON REALTY CORP. PROMOTES JONNA FAETH TO MANAGING BROKER OF THE JACKSONVILLE BEACH OFFICE

Watson Realty Corp. is proud to promote one of its own, Jonna Faeth, to Managing Broker of the Jacksonville Beach Office. In her new position, Faeth will lead a team of experienced real estate sales associates and will also oversee recruiting efforts and day-to-day branch operations. Ed Forman, President of Watson Realty Corp., announced Faeth’s promotion last week and stated: “She has done a great job [for Watson Realty Corp.] and was highly recommended for this position… Please join me with a warm Watson welcome to our leadership team.”  

Born and raised in Atascadero, CA, Faeth moved to Jacksonville in 2011 where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville. In 2015 she attended Watson’s School of Real Estate and joined the Property Management team in 2016 where she managed over 90 properties. She proudly serves as Vice Chair of the NEFAR’S Global Business Council and had this to say of her new promotion: “I am honored and extremely happy to be in this new position. Every day in real estate is different and exciting and I’m eager to dive headfirst into this new adventure. It’s my absolute pleasure to have this opportunity to be here and grow with my new Jax Beach sales family.”  

Faeth has been married to her wonderful and supportive husband Austin for a little over three years and has an adorable gray and white tabby cat, lovingly named Lady Sausage Patty Cake, “Patty” for short. She currently resides in the Greenfield Manor area and in her free time, she enjoys making earrings, riding motorcycles, listening to music, eating good food, and all things outdoors.  

Said Faeth in a recent email, “I enjoy the fact that Watson has your back. Any time, I [know that I] can pick up the phone and get guidance or support. Watson is like one giant melting pot of a family and everyone is so helpful and friendly.”
