Watson Realty Corp.’s Guy Sanchez Takes Home Top Broker Award at Watson Enterprise Leadership Meeting Dave Ferro of Gainesville is Company-Wide Winner for Highest Overall Units

On Thursday, March 17, Watson Realty Corp. announced the managing broker recipients of various award categories including Highest Units, Highest Closed Volume and Recruiting, among others. Also presented were awards from Watson Realty Corp.’s family of services including mortgage, title, relocation, property management and insurance. These awards focused on recognizing professionals who performed exceptionally within their respective real estate markets.  

Close to 65 people attended the Watson Enterprise Leadership Meeting held at the Palm Coast Community Center located in Palm Coast, Fla. where Watson Executive Leadership Team members Mark Rosener, Jeff Fagan and Ed Forman announced the awardees along with other company news.  

In the North Florida market, the Highest Overall Units Award went to Mandarin North, led by Donna Overman. In the Central Florida market, Geannina Mejía-Acevedo won the Recruiting Award for the most successful recruiter in the region and in the North Central Florida market, Dave Ferro was awarded Highest Closed Volume, Highest Units and won the Recruiting Award for most successful recruiter company-wide.  

The big winner of the show was Broker of the Year Winner, Guy Sanchez, Vice President/Managing Broker who leads the Orlando Southwest office. A seasoned real estate professional, Guy has over 29 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor since 2004. When we asked Guy how he felt about winning Broker of the Year, he said: “It is a great honor to win such a prestigious award among such great real estate professionals in our industry [by] the Watson Realty Corp. management team.”
