Watson Realty Corp., a privately-owned real estate firm based in Northeast Florida, opens its doors to a brand new office in Lake Nona and will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, April 2 at 11:00 a.m. Lake Nona is a master-designed community in Orlando and the new office is Watson’s 48th location in Florida where Julianna Giordano, VP Managing Broker, will oversee a team of experienced agents and staff in the 4,753 square-foot office. Located on 19475 Boggy Creek Rd., Orlando, the office boasts a modern lay-out, vibrant plant décor and a “welcome home” feeling. 

The free grand-opening celebration is open to the public and involves an open house from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. Festivities will include a live jazz trio, games, food truck, giveaways and a magician. They will also host a silent auction that will include an electric mower, exercise bike and hibachi grill, with all proceeds being donated to “Give Kids the World” a nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Fla. that provides free vacations to critically ill children and their families from around the world. Joining the celebration will be representatives from the Orlando Chamber of Commerce, local city and county dignitaries and other business leaders in the community.
