Watson Names New Managing Broker for Lake Nona Office

Watson is excited to announce our newest managing broker for our brand-new Lake Nona office, Jim Parks.  

Jim joins Watson Realty Corp. after having been in real estate since graduating high school.  

“Within two years of graduating, I opened a Century 21 office in Annapolis, Maryland along with two very seasoned agents,” said Parks.  

After wanting to learn more in his field, he sold his Century 21 office and worked for Coldwell Banker managing a small realty company called Grempler. There he found his love for helping agents build their business while he led training, hiring and development programs for agents.  

Jim transitioned as a regional manager over seven offices for Century 21 and managed three offices in Baltimore and surrounding areas. Now in Florida, he joins Watson as someone very familiar with the brand.  

“For years, I would visit my grandmother in Deltona, Florida, and the only name I think of when I think Florida real estate is Watson,” said Parks. “I am thrilled to have this opportunity to be a part of the Watson team.” 

Watson Regional Vice President for Central Florida Jeffrey Fagan says Jim has great leadership skills to motivate our Lake Nona agents.  

“I am excited for Jim to be joining our Lake Nona office; he is a great addition to our team,” said Fagan.
