Watson Names New Managing Brokers for Southside and St. Johns Offices

Watson is excited to announce our newest managing brokers for our Southside and St. Johns offices, respectively, Tony Spence and Eddie Cintron.

Tony Spence joined Watson Realty Corp. over five years ago after twenty years in the U.S. Navy. He has been thriving as a sales agent in the Watson North Jacksonville office in preparation for this new role.

“Tony is very excited about joining the Watson leadership team and overseeing the Southside office,” said Watson President Ed Forman. “We are thrilled for him, and he is a great addition to our team.”

Former Southside managing broker Eddie Cintron will now be making the move to our St. Johns office. Eddie has achieved great status and respect managing the Southside office for the past four years.

“Eddie has created and enjoyed substantial success throughout his real estate career, most recently as the managing broker for our Southside office,” said North Central Regional Vice President Mark Rosener. “His energy, enthusiasm and passion for the business and our agents has been, and will continue to be, the foundation of his success.”
