Kimberly's journey with Watson Realty Corp. began in 2012 in the Atlantic Beach office, where she worked side by side with her mother as a real estate team. Those early years were filled with listing homes, guiding buyers, and forming meaningful, lasting relationships with customers, an experience that laid the foundation for a deep commitment to Watson's legendary service.

Driven to grow and lead, Kimberly transitioned into a corporate role where she flourished as a Recruiter, eventually rising to Director of Recruiting and the School of Real Estate. These roles allowed her to shape the future of Watson by mentoring new agents and expanding educational opportunities. In August 2022, she embraced a new chapter as the Managing Broker of Watson's Nocatee office, proudly leading an exceptional team of professionals.

Her story with Watson is more than a career path; it's a legacy. Today, Kimberly's son works in Watson's IT department, making theirs a true three-generation Watson family.
