At Watson Realty Corp., some names shine as part of the very foundation of who we are. Barbara Davis is one of those names. Since 1977, Barbara has been part of the Watson family, leaving only a short break before returning to continue her decades-long commitment to real estate and to Watson's legendary quality of service.

Barbara's story is also a family story. Her late husband, James Davis, played a key role in Watson's history as the manager who opened the very first Watson office in Ormond Beach back in 1977.
For Barbara's daughter, Carolie Northrip, real estate was a natural path. Today, Carolie works at Watson alongside her mom, carrying forward the same dedication and passion for real estate that has long defined the Davis family.
"That's her in the photo smiling," Carolie shared. "She was sharing stories with me the other day and I told her she needs to share them. She has lived so much of Watson's history."
For Carolie, real estate feels like it's been in her blood since childhood. "I was about 14 when my dad opened the Ormond office. I always tell people I've been in real estate all my life with both my mom and dad being Realtors."
Barbara Davis truly bleeds Watson red, white, and blue. She embodies the spirit of Watson Realty Corp. itself, a reflection of Mr. Watson's vision and commitment. Her journey reminds us that our story isn't just about houses and transactions, it's about people, families, and legacies that span generations.
As we celebrate 60 years of Watson Realty Corp., we honor Barbara Davis and her family for being part of the very heart of that story.
