"Double, double toil and trouble." Fun times are happening this Halloween around Jacksonville! Join our real estate agents and get your scares on at these delightfully creepy Halloween events. 

  • Murray Hill-O-Ween - Edgewood Ave., Murray Hill, Jacksonville, FL 32205
    Who doesn't love a good block party? Celebrate with your family and friends at Murray Hill-O-Ween, held in one of Jacksonville's hippest neighborhoods. Attractions include live music, food trucks, a pumpkin patch, and plenty of activities for the kids. Find a good spot to watch the colorful parade featuring floats, bands, and costumed characters. Murray Hill-O-Ween takes place from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Saturday, 10/26, with the parade starting at 7:30 p.m.

  • 13th Floor Haunted House - 9230 Arlington Xpwy., Jacksonville, FL 32225
    Can you make it through a night at the 13th Floor Haunted House? Experience the thrills and chills that earned this spooky dwelling a spot on USA Today's list of the "Top 5 Most Terrifying Haunted Houses in the United States." Dodge the ravenous Nightwalkers and watch out for Boomer the Clown with his crew of sinister carnival workers. Join in the fun with a zombie shoot, axe-throwing, and mini-escape games. Visit the website for full schedule and pricing. This attraction is not recommended for children aged 12 and under. 

  • Spooktacular - Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, 370 Zoo Pkwy., Jacksonville, FL 32218
    One of Jacksonville's more eagerly anticipated holiday events returns for a 37th year with Spooktacular. Brave souls can enter the Forest of Frights, while friendly ghosts wait to escort little ones through the new neon maze. Gather along the river, where an engaging storyteller will be spinning imaginative tales, and look for the treat stations set up around Play Park. Spooktacular is held on 10/17-20 and 10/24-31 from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. each night. Tickets are $25-$45 and must be purchased online. 

  • The Rocky Horror Picture Show - Florida Theatre, 128 E. Forsyth St., Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32202
    Halloween has served as inspiration for countless Hollywood movies, but none may be more beloved than The Rocky Horror Picture Show. This twisted homage to the sci-fi and horror B-movies of the mid-20th century barely registered when it was first released in 1975. However, the film found its niche with interactive midnight screenings, going on to become the longest-running theatrical release in film history. Get ready to do the Time Warp again on Saturday, 10/26, at 8 p.m. Admission is $20.

  • River City Haunts Tour - Downtown Jacksonville Visitor Center, 100 N. Laura St. #120, Jacksonville, FL 32202
    What lurks beneath the surface of downtown Jacksonville streets? Join River City Haunts Tour for engaging stories about Jacksonville's most notorious spots. If you dare, stick around for a visit to Old City Cemetery. Mark your calendar for Saturday, 10/26 from 8 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Admission for this 21-and-up event is free, but registration is required.

  • Jumbo Shrimp and Jax Melanin Market Fall Festival - 121 Financial Ballpark, 301A Philip Randolph Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32202
    Baseball season may be over, but you can still head "out with the crowd at the Jumbo Shrimp and Jax Melanin Market Fall Festival. Entertainment includes trick-or-treating, craft vendors, face painters, balloon twisters, and movies on the HD videoboard. The festival is planned for noon - 4 p.m. on Saturday, 10/26, and admission is a canned food item for the Jax Melanin Market food bank.
