Realtors® from Watson Realty Corp.'s Palm Coast office recently gathered alongside community leaders to support the Flagler Power of the Purse, an event that raised over $20,000 for the Community Foundation and United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties. This memorable evening was not only a fundraiser but also a powerful reminder of the lasting impact of community-driven support.
Amy Dumas, Ricardo Franceschi Pinero, Joanna Tacheny, Annie Nay, and Mary Goss-Crowson proudly represented the Palm Coast office, joining other sponsors and supporters at the event. Together, they helped sponsor the always-popular Wine Pull, marking the second time the office has contributed to this special cause. Over the years, these agents and their broker have volunteered with the organization, making their involvement deeply personal and meaningful.
"It was incredibly humbling to hear firsthand how our donations directly support families in Flagler County, helping them navigate challenges and build brighter futures," shared Amy Dumas, Broker of the Palm Coast office.
The evening wasn't just about giving—it was about connection. The Palm Coast team enjoyed meaningful conversations with fellow sponsors and community leaders, uniting around a shared mission of service. Their participation stood out, as they were one of only three brokerages to sponsor the event.
This year's Power of the Purse also marked the exciting launch of the Flagler Community Endowment Fund, a long-term investment in the county's future. This fund uniquely combines "today dollars" with "tomorrow dollars," ensuring immediate impact while building a sustainable future. The best part? Every grant awarded from this fund will directly benefit Flagler County residents, year after year.
At Watson Realty Corp., we believe in building stronger communities—not just for today, but for generations to come. We're proud of our Palm Coast office's continued dedication to making a difference.
