Laura Nicoles graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and education. There. she studied martial arts and athletics and participated as a member of the Virginia Tech chapter of the National Sales and Marketing Fraternity, Pi Sigma Epsilon. After graduating, she taught marketing to high school students for several years matching small community businesses with students as an introduction into the workforce.
She worked for Harris 3M and AT&T, enjoying nearly 25 years in the tech industry serving Fortune 500 companies and successfully held roles in sales & leadership, global alliances, executive relationship marketing, and as director for communications.
She’s been involved in her community with Junior League of Short Hills/Oranges and St. Johns County Schools serving on the PTO board for eight years and serves on the Ponte Vedra Women’s Civic Alliance, House Committee for Sawgrass Country Club, and SenioRitas committee raising money for cancer research along with Beth.
Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and focus on customers’ needs and wants are her pride and modis operandi.
Beth Macklin was born and raised in California and lived in Colorado and New Jersey before moving in June of 2017, with her husband and two children, to the balmy Sunshine State in St. Johns County.
Certified in teaching cycling, water aerobics, and rowing, Beth is dedicated to health and fitness and uses the energy it provides to work tirelessly to meet the needs and goals of her customers.
She served 25 years in the customer service arena, working for Prudential Securities in sales, Merrill Lynch in operations management and the training & development team, and lastly with Gloria Nilson & Co. as a REALTOR®. Beth spends her time volunteering with the Red Cross and has spent seven years participating in the MS 150 City to Shore cycling event raising thousands of dollars for MS.
Steady guidance through every step of the home-buying or selling process, providing a consistent and comfortable level of communication, and unwavering attention to detail are utmost concerns for her customers.
