I am a licensed real estate professional in the state of Florida with Watson Realty Corp. I am a proud mom to William and wife to Kelly. I currently live in Putnam County, FL on the St. Johns River. My professional background has really brought me to where I am today in my purpose and drive of understanding and listening to my customer�s needs. I am originally from Southern IL/Western KY area where I attended college at John A. Logan for Dental Assisting/Hygienist. While in college is when I was first introduced to direct sales and Mark Kay Cosmetics at the age of 19. I accomplished many milestones within their direct marketing plan in my first few years including Sr. Sales Director, earning 2 Career Cars including the prestigious Pink Cadillac and having the opportunity to mentor hundreds of consultants. At that time, named one of the youngest directors in the company to lead a sales team and earn their highest awards as a new director. Where I found my �passion� in this position was public speaking and sharing my desire to motivate people thru purpose driven ways. The last 12 years I�ve had the privilege to work with my wonderful husband Kelly in several facets and industries. In the the transportation industry is where I assisted in the ownership/managing partnership functions of five different locations and divisions. From customer service, accounting, direct sales and perpetual business expansion. We grew the businesses thru employees and profitability levels to then shift our efforts to what led us to Florida in the hospitality/marina industry. In 2012, our entrepreneurial vision continued with a hotel, marina and restaurant purchase of 10 acres located directly on the St. Johns River. A �project� property to say the least but, we collectively with our staff have grown into a sustaining, customer service driven business. In the independent hospitality circle, repeat patrons speaks volumes about the business's success and customer service standards. We have more than accomplished that with occupancy reaching higher within a few years compared to industry standards as a non-franchise model. In 2015, we transitioned our focus to what the originally intended purpose of our relocation the marina expansion. Between my sales experience and customer service driven ethics in business led to an automatic decision to dedicate myself full time to my real estate profession. It�s my ultimate goal to be a resource tool to my customers that I have the privilege to work with.
