After working in the home remodeling industry for nearly 20 years, Shawn Monty made the decision to pivot into the real estate market in October of 2019. His goal? To apply his deep knowledge of the ins and outs of homes to finding people their perfect place to settle down. His experience lends him the ability to pinpoint what homebuyers and sellers may overlook.

Shawn lives, works, and plays in the Orlando-Kissimmee area (Bellalago!) and provides his customers with hyper-local knowledge of the best neighborhoods with the best value for their custom needs. 

When he’s not working, he’s enjoying spending time with his wife and three kids.
