Ronda was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and spent many childhood summers at her grandparents home in south eastern Kentucky where her grandfather was a Baptist minister. Ronda's fathers job transferred their family to central Massachusetts where her Mothers's family has lived for many years. Following graduation from Leominster High School, Ronda attended Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, MA and Newbury college in Brookline, MA before beginning a 35 yr career as a Respiratory Therapist. She met and married her husband Fred also from Leominster, MA. He spent 32 years on the Mass State Police, retiring as a Lieutanant in 2010. Their 3 children have successful careers, son Robert graduated from Mass Maritime Academy and is currently a power plant manager . Daughter Elizabeth attented Fordham University and continued living in Manhatten for 5 years as a realtor before settling in Austin TX. Youngest son, Michael graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. He spent several years teaching English as a second language in Sing Buri, Thailand and also in Bejing, China. He is now a pilot with American Airlines. Ronda enjoys travelling to the northeast and southwest to spend time with her 5 small grandchildren. Ronda's husbands Fred attended Northwestern University in Chicago, IL for 1 year for Administrative training. This wonderful experience would prepare them for city living many years later in Jacksonville,FL. When Ronda was not working for UMassMemorial Healthcare, she could be found skiing at Wachusett Mt in Princeton, MA. For several years she was an ambassador for the ski area. She loved meeting new people and helping them navigate the ski area. This job opened up an opportunity to work for the Boston Breakers Womens Professional soccer team, again meeting and greeting new people!. Ronda can now be found on the golf course, riding her bicycle, walking her dog, or enjoying her flowers in her yard. She also enjoys quiet time with knitting needles and a ball of yarn! Having moved several times throughout their long marriage, Ronda has adopted a favorite saying, "Bloom wherever you are Planted"
