Native to the North Florida region, Ronda Hipps grew up in Jacksonville, resided in the historic Ortega district and later moved to the pristine shoreline of Kingsley Lake Florida . After graduating from Middleburg High School in 1989, Ronda then attended Florida State College at Jacksonville Florida.
After graduation, Ronda went on to work at Walt Disney World MGM Studious as a tour guide and special effects hostesses. Looking to start a new career Ronda returned to Jacksonville to work as an outside sales agent for her father’s manufacturing company Atlantic Venetian Blinds Inc. After the business closed in 1993, Ronda worked as an inside sales agent at Interline Brands and then on to outside sales at Swindle Powel furniture company and Iron Gate furniture.
Ready for a new challenge that coincided with her personal investment properties and her family’s investments properties, Ronda received her Real Estate license in 2008. She then joined Watson Realty and in 2015 obtained her Brokers license.
Along with several other investment properties in the Jacksonville region, Ronda purchased a 1922 historic home near the river in Ortega and is enjoying working on her 4th renovation. She now fills her time with historic renovations, a thriving real estate career, personal property management of 16 rental properties… and finds a little time to still enjoy the quiet moments on the waters of Kingsley Lake and the mountain cabin in Andrews, North Carolina
Ronda is truly invested in the North Florida region. Her experience as an investor, property manager, real estate professional and familiarity with the North Florida region will be assets to both buyers and sellers.
