Richard resides in Palm Coast, has three children and is married to Dr. Johnna G Mantineo D.O.  He grew up in Union City NJ, graduated with a BS in Business Management and Marketing, Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, NJ. Richard has been in the loan and mortgage business both in NJ and Fort Worth, TX since 1979. In 1986 he started his real estate career with a highly productive firm in Goldsboro, NC. Since his involvement in real estate, his achievements and awards include. INTERNATIONAL WHO'S WHO OF PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT, the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to residential sales associates, was published in "WHO'S WHO IN RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE IN NORTH AMERICA" Real Trends, Inc. ,was also included in the 'TOP PRO" Report by "National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine".  Realtor.com shows that Rich has 118 recommendations on its Realtor site and is a 5 Star agent on Zillow. DECEGLIE PROFESSIONAL MISSION STATEMENT: 

I will always provide the best service possible for every client I represent. I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality. I will never enter into a client relationship where I know that what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith. I will never enter into an agreement with a seller who is unrealistic in regard to proper pricing. When contracted to sell a client’s home, I will always make recommendations that could increase the home’s value or help its marketing, even if it means telling them things they do not want to hear. I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients and many of my competitors are willing to tell sellers what they want to hear to temporarily secure the business. I will remember that in order to obtain positive results for my clients, we must have mutual realistic goals. I will never lose sight that hard work, honesty, loyalty, understanding, confidentiality, accountability, negotiating skills and creativity are what set me apart from the real estate masses. My services will be made available to all segments of the public. I will always utilize well-trained staff to assist me in the complex home selling process. I will prioritize my time so that I am only working with people who are either buying or selling real estate. I will treat all parties fairly and honestly and I will always deal with my clients and offer my properties without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, national origin, physical challenge, or familial status of any and all pertinent facts that might affect or influence their decision. Conversely, when acting as a Buyer’s Agent I will utilize my investigative and negotiating skills to improve and protect their position at all times with the same disclosures necessary to make an informed decision. I assure you that during my real estate career, I will always strive for excellence and I make a commitment to forego a portion of my life in exchange for continuing education so that I may better serve my clients. Dear Rich,

I cannot thank you enough for all of your help in the sale of my parent’s home.  Living in New York I thought the process would be overwhelming.  But, from the first time you walked in the door I felt the sense that we were neighbors and, as a neighbor, you were always there to answer our questions and to ensure that there would be a smooth transition when  the house was sold.  You are a true professional Rich and choosing Watson Realty was the best decision we made.
