Professional Summary A skillful educator and facilitator with general management experience in the airline industry; an innovative executive and consultant in Human Resources and operations in the retail industry; a creative entrepreneur with demonstrated ability to design and maintain an infrastructure: a knowledgeable and customer oriented real estate agent with a proven track record. I have been a Realtor since 2005 and have always been awarded the Presidential Award for sales yearly. Each new customer is a start- up venture, and I approach that relationship with knowledge and experience to ensure a successful and pleasurable outcome. My extensive travel has also provided me with an invaluable education and many friends around the world. I look forward to meeting each new customer. Real Estate: Certified International Property Specialist Relocation Specialist REO Specialist Loss Mitigation Certification At Home with Diversity Certification Education: Post Graduate Work toward Doctorate in Administration and Supervision University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida Master of Education in Administration and Supervision University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Florida I will use my education and business experience to provide you with the utmost knowledge while providing impeccable service. I will ensure the best possible outcome by managing the details during the sale of your home or the purchase of a new home. This promise is based on being an educator on the senior high and Junior college level and my extensive business experience. I decided to enter the business world and was 1 of 15 start up individuals for People Express Airlines in Newark, New Jersey. This airline grew to 10,000 employees and became an international carrier. During my five years with the airline, I held the positions of Customer Service Manager, In-flight Coordinator, Controller, Team Manager of Internal Communication and Leadership Management, Director of ground Operations and General Manager. I was selected as a guest speaker to address Skidmore College, Executive Presentation to the Business Department. Transferring my leadership skills, I was contracted by Tie Rack of London as a Human Resources Consultant to recruit and train all personnel for their United States expansion. Given the authority by the Managing Director of London to determine salaries and advise on all personnel matters, I was quickly recruited to join the company as General Manager of Human Resources and within a 3 month period promoted to Vice President of Operations and Human Resources. This promotion resulted in my overseeing a major expansion program (7 to 42 stores in 13 states in 2 years). I created an infrastructure for operation and developed store and commercial profile procedures which elevated customer service and merchandising standards resulting in Tie Rack being awarded Merchandiser of the Year. I inculcated personnel which led to a cooperate culture based on the team concept. I was involved in preparing yearly budget and sales forecasting. I created and implemented a companywide incentive program which resulted in stores meeting and exceeding monthly targets. My total P&L responsibilities were $23 million. My bountiful experience led me to be a self-employed Human Resources Consultant (M. Pejon, Inc.) contracted by the Director Office of Business and Job Opportunity for the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey. I designed and implemented management systems that assisted retailers in developing and maintaining a viable retail business. As a result of moving to St. Augustine, Florida, I was given the opportunity to joint venture M. Pejon, Inc. with Tie Rack of London and form a partnership which named me as the Managing partner responsible for acquiring, hiring and daily management of retail space in key airports such as Chicago OHare in the United States with gross sales of $2 million per year. As owner of M. Pejon, Inc., I successfully designed and managed an upscale retail concept Pejon and acquired 3 locations in major airports such as Orlando International. I was responsible for all aspects of the business. The major event of 9/11 lead to increased airport security and affected airport sales. I decided to close my stores and go into the world of Real Estate, Watson Realty Corp.
