Kathleen is a “high energy professional” that absolutely loves helping her customers with their real estate needs. She has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer since becoming a realtor in 1995. Kathleen grew up in Coral Gables, Florida where her passions were sailing, fishing and horseback riding. She graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA, majoring in finance. Kathleen began her professional career as a Personal Trust Administrator for Southeast Bank of Miami. She developed personal relationships with her customers while carrying out her fiduciary responsibilities. While managing the assets of Estates and Trusts, Kathleen realized her keen interest in Real Estate. Kathleen delivers service of the highest quality. Southeast Bank provided an in-house training program in Corporate Lending to a select group of recent college graduates. Kathleen was invited to join the program which provided the foundation for her 16 year career in Commercial Lending. Her Banking career spanned the tumultuous eighties where she participated in the evaluation of banks to be acquired by the “bigger” Southeast Bank. She enjoys community involvement which has included Main Street USA (revitalizing downtown areas) and affordable housing initiatives. When the economic recession hit in the late 80’s, Kathleen became the “real estate expert” in the management, sale and disposition of a nearly 30 million dollar loan portfolio for a local Commercial Bank. By the time she departed her Commercial Banking career, her bank was ranked in the top 3 for loan quality up from the 3rd worst bank in the statewide organization. When it comes to serving her customers, Kathleen’s commitment to that end can only be described as tenacious. She puts her broad experience to work for every customer whether they are buying a $40,000 home or a multi-million dollar home. Her customers return to her for all their real estate needs and they refer their friends, co-workers and family on a regular basis.
