Jennifer Barona - Watson Real Estate

Born and raised in South Florida Jennifer made the decision to move to South Carolina strait out of high school. In which time she realized that she was a Florida girl at heart and needed to go back. So, in 2010 she moved to Gainesville, Home of the Florida Gators, for school at Santa Fe College for business management. Her love of spending time outdoors riding bikes, attending University of Florida sporting events and especially visiting the fresh water springs and the beautiful Florida beaches with her family are some of the many reasons she loves Gainesville. However after a long day she needs snuggle time with her 4 legged family members. Ever since she took her first job back in high school, she knew working in real estate and one day becoming a real estate investor was her ultimate goal. With each and every job she took she learned many valuable lessons as well as figuring out early in life that coffee really was her best friend. She always sees the positive in people as well as keeping a smile on her face and making sure everyone around her is also smiling. Jennifer made the decision to Join Watson Realty because of the extensive training and knowledge you can't find anywhere else. "I am so happy to start my career with Watson, they have the most training available and I know that if something comes up I will always have the knowledge of the other agents as well as a great Broker." Jennifer looks forward to helping ?you with your real estate needs. "Jenn is the consummate real estate professional. Very patient, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. She made us feel as if we were her most important people and has continued to be helpful after closing on the property. We discussed the ideal property for our needs and quickly offered/showed alternatives that were affordable and appropriate for us. Excellent communicator!"

First this kind woman let me give her my key and she checked on my unit before i signed with her! I was trying to sell it myself, after 1 month i turned it over to jeninifer. Once she had interested parties, she eventually negotiated the price i wanted. Her kindness and helpfulness makes her stand out!

'Jen is the most amazing, patient, and knowledgeable realtor we could have asked for. With all our back and forth about whether to buy a house or not she was there. Love her and highly highly recommend her!!!

Jenn helped me find my first home, she was very organized and accommodating. We found a place I loved the first day, and she even managed to talk the owners into leaving a piece of furniture I wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home. She is professional, personable, and knowledgeable.

In my journey of selling my home I meet Jennifer Barona a very dedicated real state agent who provided me with lots of support and knowledge. What I really like about Jennifer is that she not a pushy person gives room to think things. Also was always there anytime I ever had questions. I would highly refer any friend or close person to work with Jennifer as their realtor as she will provide you with a great experience. Whether you buy or sell it's important to have someone you can work with and trust and Jennifer is that person you can count on. !!!"

'I give Jennifer 5 stars. She is very personable, and I enjoyed looking at homes with her. She is knowledgeable about all the steps involved in buying and selling a home. Jenn expertly guided me through the entire process. She has many contacts. I got excellent recommendations from her for home and pool inspectors to the best places to purchase reasonably priced home appliances! I looked around for awhile to find my ideal home. Jenn either answered my calls right away, or got back to me in a timely manner. She made appointments to see homes on the same or next day of my requests. Jennifer made my home buying and selling experience as pleasant and worry free as possible. I am now enjoying my new home. Thanks Jenn, for all your help and hard work!!!
