Before I got into Real Estate, I was like you. A regular customer wanting to buy a home and here is when i realized that I can't make up my mind as to which type of house I want versus what I really need. I find that many people are in the same boat. 

Like the typical buyer, I was overly excited about my first home purchase and I thought that this will be a special moment for myself and my family. I looked at so many beautiful homes and trust me when I say its usually not going to be the first home you see that you end up purchasing.  Personally, I felt like I was going through an emotional rollar coaster as the weeks went on because the market was so competitive. The offers we had put in for various homes were rejected and I felt like my dream home was not coming anytime soon.

After deciding to take a little break from looking at homes, I decided to get my license to do real estate myself. After all, I had the experience from reading over contracts and the experience with working along side different departments. I felt comfortable getting into the real estate field based on all the knowledge I gained from being a customer myself.

If there is a key take-away from all that I have experienced, I would tell all my customers to be patient and realistic. This is a process that must be sorted through and there will be good and bad moments (more like exciting and disappointing) but you should not be discouraged. Buying a home is an opportunity for you to be build wealth and it will provide you the leverage you need in the future.

I want my customers to know that I think of them and analyis their needs and wants. I will give you my opinion if you ask and I will explain to you everything up front. I am very honest and if I don't think it makes sense, I will say it. No games, no gimmics. The most important thing in real estate is PEOPLE. I like to help others that need help, I like educating people the things I have earned, and I like going to the beyond to search for the answers. I know that if you are treated right we can build a long lasting partnership and a great friendship.
