St. Augustine...what better place to live and play. My husband and I came to St. Augustine one weekend to visit friends, and we absolutely fell in love with this town. In 2001, after 30 years in Ft. Lauderdale, we made the move and feel blessed to have now called St. Augustine home for the past 18 years. We love our church, Anastasia Baptist, and have made life long friendships there. St. Augustine is HOME. Our family feels the same. St. Augustine became home for our daughter in 2002, and while our son still lives in MD he owns a rental property here hoping to make it his home one day. We now have three grandchildren, ranging in age from 3 years old up to15.  We love having them around and try not to ever miss a sporting event. I think St. Augustine is one of the best places you could raise a family...come join us. I have been in the business world for many years. One thing I have throughly enjoy about working in real estate is meeting people and getting to know them. The last 15 years of my career with BellSouth I spent as a Project Manager, coordinating with our headquarters staff and folks in the local offices where we would implement new data products throughout the state of FL. In 2000, with 34 years of service, I retired and just enjoyed "retired life" for a few years, especially in St. Augustine. In 2005, as a newly licensed Realtor, I came to work with Watson Realty. It is the best place to be as a real estate Sales Associate, and the best place for you to be as a seller or buyer in today's market. By the time I got my feet on the ground, the frenzy that had been taking place in the real estate market was beginning to come to a hault. My determination to bring families, neighborhoods and homes together will last far beyond today's market conditions. I attribute my success in real estate to being able to listen to what customer's wants and needs are.
