Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with my minor in Human Resource Management. Became a Realtor in 1994 in the state of Florida then became a Broker-Associate in 1997 in the state of Washington. I am Bi-lingual speaking fluent Spanish. My husband is active duty Navy for almost 29 years now. We have been married for 28 years and counting. We have moved around the country on average every 3-4 years, therefore believe me when I say that I understand the stress that moving can put a family in. We have managed to stay here in the Jacksonville area for 10 years. Which has been very fortunate for our two children. Our daughter attends the University of Florida and our son is a high school student. I became a Realtor shortly after buying our first home here in Jacksonville in 1993. Our agent was absolutely fantastic! She made our experience fun, educational and made it run as smoothly as possible. I realized that I too, wanted to help people through this process to attain their goal of home ownership. I enjoy seeing my clients' happy faces at the closing table. Whether it be, the client buying that "Perfect house for our family" or the client who is selling their home to upgrade to another home either locally or out of state. The process is lengthy and has many legalities. My job is to get you through it as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I will be there every step of the way, explaining each step as they happen. Making sure that all other parties are doing what they should be doing when they should be doing them. That way I can ensure helping you get to your ultimate goal... the closing table!
