Dear Bruce,This note is to thank you and let you know how much I appreciate you as my realtor. You are very professional and have a great demeanor. I appreciate that you listened to my ideas and took my suggestions. You spent a lot of time going the extra mile for me working with the surveyors and septic tank people. Thank you Bruce for selling my 1.5 acre jungle . It really means a lot to me.  I have told you I will list my house with you and no one else when I am ready to move forward. Working with you was always a pleasure. Everything you did was well organzied and went smoothly (the closing) and I sold my land fast.Very appreciatively,Rebecca

I've known Bruce for over 10 years. He is an exceptionally intelligent and yet "down to earth" person, who I'd trust implicitly with my home purchase. Bruce is honest, friendly, and informed. He has always showed compassion to those he meets, and is focused on exceeding the expectations of those he serves. I can't say enough good things about Bruce, and any home shopper will be fortunate to have him as their personal advocate for the search!
