I have worked in sales for over 20 years; 15 with Sysco, a major food distributor, where I learned the value of a strong work ethic including honesty, integrity, dedication and an appreciation for developing long-lasting relationships. In Real Estate, my goal is very much the same: to ensure my customers are comfortable, confident and happy in their home purchase or sale.
My years with Sysco taught me how to be a great communicator even though all my customers had different backgrounds and different needs. I have a knack for excellent follow up and reading customers well. You’ll find me good at making sure every detail of your home sale or purchase goes well, as I will listen and act upon your “must haves” in bringing my understanding of the market to your transaction.
My own experience in relocating, renovating and flipping homes with my husband helped me develop a knack for seeing the possibilities in a property in need of TLC, and finding cost effective means of repairs and improvements.
Customers I have worked with say that I listen; truly want what is best for them and work hard to make sure they get what they want. I am always committed to helping them achieve their goals quickly, in a smooth and painless process.
My stepfather was a Realtor. I had great respect for him and always wanted to follow in his footsteps, becoming interested in real estate when I was in high school, watching him help his customers through the process of buying and selling homes, farms and ranches. I’m excited to be able to do the same thing. After your transaction is complete, I hope you’ll feel good about what we’ve accomplished together.
They say real estate never sleeps, but even realtors need time for R&R. I am passionate about my family and my pets. I love traveling, trying out new restaurants, exploring the First Coast, going to the beach with my husband and our dog Bleu, container gardening, and anything to do with interior design and decorating. On Sunday afternoons we can be found at home or at one of the pools in Nocatee. We love to take our golf cart for a cruise around the neighborhoods and end up at one of the pools.
After growing up in Nebraska and moving to Florida to be closer to my husband’s family, I must say I don’t miss cold winters. The quality of life is great in Northeast Florida. I’m more than happy to introduce you to the part of it where you’ll find the most joy. Call me today and let’s get started on your next move!
