  • Gonzalo Mejia EARNS DESIGNATION in GLOBAL Real Estate Network

    Jacksonville, Fla - March 25, 2014 - Gonzalo Mejia of Watson Realty Corp. San Jose office has earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, placing him among 2,000 elite real estate professionals worldwide. 

    The designation was awarded to him by the National Association of REALTORS® for completing rigorous coursework devoted to learning international real estate practices and demonstrating proficiency in international business.

    JACKSONVILLE, Fla., - March 12, 2014 – Watson Realty Corp. leadership and sales associate recently earned the LeadngRE Relocation Specialist (LRS) through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) Institute 2.0 online training program.

    Carlotta Landschoot, executive vice president, Waston Realty Corp. and Olga Santiago, sales associate, Oviedo office both completed the LRS course in February.

    “In addition to the relocation certification, Watson Realty Corp. associates have access to over 130 advanced training courses featuring industry leaders such as Steve Harney, Matthew Ferrara and Mike Staver through the Institute 2.0 learning platform.  Providing these courses ensures our associates stay current on all industry trends and practices,” says Landschoot.

    The LRS designation requires the completion of 11 courses that primarily focuses on referral and relocation industry practices. Some of the LRS courses covered are relocation orientation, relocation management, corporate inventory listings and understanding the transferee.
