    REAL Trends and The Wall Street Journal recently published their top 1,000 real estate professionals and teams in the United States list and Watson Realty Corp. is well represented. Earning spots in the top 250 associates by transactions list are two Jacksonville associates and one Deland associate.

     

    Kyle Passkiewicz of the Intracoastal office holds the No. 26 spot, Jane Crosby of the Deland office is No. 133, and Debbie Shagnea of the Mandarin South office is No. 188 on the list.

  • Watson Realty Corp Kissimmee Realtor Strengthens European Real Estate Ties

    Suzanne Aistrop, Realtorâ in the Watson Realty Corp.ä Kissimmee office, met recently with real estate firms in the Czech Republic and Germany to strengthen ties and promote customer referrals. Aistrop first visited the Czech Republic and met with Tereza Michalová, Relocation Director of Blue House Realty in the city of Prague.  As in some other European locations, there is no centralized MLS system of active properties in the Czech Republic. Instead, local agencies try to stay connected with each other and cooperate with their customers.

    Aistrop later met with Allyce Kluver, Relocation Director and Jeff Balmert, Operations Manager with Berlin Capital Investments in Berlin, Germany. A similar system of information sharing by real estate companies is also found there. Without a centralized MLS system, strong communication between offices on active listings is stressed to best serve customers. Kluver and Balmert shared that the market in Berlin is strong and did not experience the recent downturn in values like Florida and most of the United States. Kluver and Balmert expressed that this was partly due to the stricter financing regulations in Germany.
