    Sandi Wagner, VP/Managing Broker of the Intracoastal office, is pleased to welcome Trella Bromley, REALTOR®, to the Intracoastal sales team. Ms. Bromley joins Watson Realty Corp.™ after a successful career in the mortgage industry. Her experience ranged from assisting individuals with mortgage refinancing issues to participation in a national team which revised core mortgage documents for Dodd-Frank compliance.     Originally from South Carolina, Ms. Bromley spent several years in the Chicago area before being drawn to the warm weather of North Florida. After arriving here, she took a hiatus from her mortgage career to complete a post-graduate degree at the Coggin College of Business, University of North Florida.

  • Mr. Watson Shares Analysis of Company Stats

    Watson Realty Corp. was excited to record written real estate sales up 48% year to date in the Jacksonville Region through the first 4 months of 2013.

    The entire company real estate sales written business is up 40.76%.  The number of units is up 29.10%, which is an indication of higher sales prices for the 6,106 sales sides for the first four months.

    Watson Realty is expecting continued growth for 2013 plus will also be increasing the number of sales associates to handle the demand.

    We are in the first phase of the new real estate cycle.
