  • Ponte Vedra Named the Top-Producing Office for 2012

    VP/Managing Broker Mary Ann Bongiorno took to the red carpet once again at the recent Watson Realty Corp.® awards ceremony as her top-producing office in Ponte Vedra Beach was announced as No. 1 in the company. The Ponte Vedra Beach office had a combined sales volume of over $223 million in 2012. 

    Bongiorno stresses the importance of training and innovative marketing strategies to her associates. As a leader of the top office for Watson Realty Corp. and representing a luxury powerhouse brand in the area, Bongiorno credits their success to achieving stretch goals. "The bar is set at a higher level than ever before," Bongiorno said.

    The sales team gives their energy and power to solutions to market problems and, in doing so, becomes more skilled in meeting the needs of the luxury home customer each year.

  • Crum and Gachet Team Named Tops in St Augustine for 2012

    Watson Realty Corp. recognizes  the Greg and Becca Crum and Peggy Gachet Team as the top producers for 2012 for the St. Augustine offices. The Team had a combined sales volume of over $26 million last year. In addition to the award for the highest sales volume in the Watson Realty St. Augustine offices, the Team had the most listings sold.

    The Team was presented the Platinum Pinnacle award at the company’s annual awards ceremony held at the World Golf Village Hall of Fame Museum on January 29, 2013. The red-carpet event included the area Watson Realty Corp. leadership team and sales team of the St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach offices. Along with plaques and rose bouquets, the Crums and Gachet received money toward an upcoming ski trip to Telluride, Colorado.

  • Van Beek and Colon Earn Silver Pinnacle Award

    Watson Realty Corp. recognizes two Gainesville office associates for outstanding sales volume of $5-$10 million in 2012.

    Julie Van Beek had a closed sales volume of over $7 million last year. As a multi-million dollar producer, Van Beek uses a business model based on hard work, ethics, and integrity and never going back on her word.  She moved to Gainesville from St. Louis, Mo. over a decade ago and loves being a real estate professional.

    Jonathan Colon closed over $6 million in sales in 2012 and shares that his success is based on customer service and referrals. Colon also stresses the importance of being friendly and trustworthy in real estate. He has lived in Gainesville for over 20 years and during that time, has developed a strong market knowledge of Alachua County.

    Van Beek and Colon were presented Silver Pinnacle awards at the company’s annual ceremony held on January 29, 2013. The event included a presentation by Mr. Watson and VP/Managing Broker, Gina Hall.

  • Palm Coast Associate Wins LeadingRE Performance Summit Trip

    Bob Johanson of the Palm Coast office was one of the winners of the "Viva Las Vegas" grand prizes from the fall company-wide sales incentive program. The prize includes airfare and conference package to attend the annual Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) Performance Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada Feb 24-26.

    The LeadingRE Summit, available to sales associates for the first time, welcomes Realtors® representing elite brokerage firms across the globe. The weekend is a great training opportunity for associates and includes keynote speakers and workshops featuring real estate industry leaders and notable figures.

    Mr. Johanson looks forward to the Summit to gain further training in the luxury market. “I’ll be gaining insight into high-end consumer motivations and luxury lifestyle trends that can be immediately applied to our Flagler County market,” Mr. Johanson said.

    Bob Johanson and his wife, Barbara, make up the Johanson Team. The Team had already reached the same sales numbers by the end of July 2012 that they had in all 2011 when they were multi-million dollar producers; they expect to see an even greater year in 2013. 

    "We are hoping to see the prices rise with the increased number of transactions and the shrinking inventory," shared Mr. Johanson.

    The Johansons have been a real estate sales team with the Palm Coast office since 2007. The Team led the office in June 2012 with Barbara as the top salesperson for the office and Bob as the top listing associate.  The Johansons closed 2012 by reaching more than $3 million in sales and were given the company's President’s Award.
