Oviedo is located East of Orlando, and just 3 miles North of the ever growing University of Central Florida.

Oviedo is a growing community which offers so much to the residents. There are many amenities such as:  The Area Attractions – Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal, plus lovely downtown Orlando all within close driving proximity.  Area beaches are within a half hour drive.  Yet, Oviedo still has the flare of that small, quaint country town that so many people love.

It is a MUST SEE town.
