World famous bass fishing in Lake Toho along with Disney's world famous attractions, Solivita world class adult community, many hotels and restaurants, Short term rental homes for investments, resort style condos and townhomes for investment.  Kissimmee area is a magnet for people all over the world to visit and invest.  The joy of living in such a vibrant community close to Orlando and all it has to offer, Orlando Magic basketball team, Universities (UCF and Rollins College), shopping at Millenium Mall, Florida Mall, etc.


Lake Nona / Narcoossee
Fastest growing area in central Florida.  this is where it will be happening in the next 15 years, with the new "medical city", which includes University of Central Florida Medical School (now opened), Nemours Children Hospital, Burnham Institute and Research, VA Hospital, in addition a new big shopping area with restaurants, shops, movies, park area, etc. 

Narcoossee Rd. (ST. RT. 15) now being widen to a 4-lane highway, connecting Beach Line (Rt. 528), Hwy 417 (Greenway) to ST. RT. 192 in St. Cloud.  This corridor will be the center of growth with many opportunities.  Narcoossee is a Rural Community with mini farms which allow horses, subdivisions with large lots and multi million dollar estates, with lots of open land available.

I have owned my own businesses for over 30 years both retail and wholesale in Pennsylvania and here in Orlando, FL.  Born in Hawaii with extensive worldwide travel, have been in Real Estate 11 years, selling residential, land and commercial properties with consistent success. 
My wife and I now work together in Real Estate as a Team in the Top 10 in Sales at Watson Realty Corp. / Kissimmee, FL.  We are the proud parents of 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren.  Currently active in church, community -- live on a lake in Narcoossee / Lake Nona area.  Love people, my 2 pet dogs, Chrissy & Maggie, fishing, boating and most of all my family.
